Hair Appointment

    • Hair shorter than 3 inches please consult with me prior to scheduling an appointment.
    • Arrive with hair washed, blow dried, de-tangled and free of oils. Wash and Dry service is an additional $25 and can be added as add-on to appointment If needed. Hair that is not properly combed out will included an additional $15 fee.
    • Appointments must be paid in full/deposit then you will be allowed to scheduled a time slot on the website or for additional services elect a pay (via emailed invoice) no later than 2 days prior to start of services. OR Arrive with Cash (A Half Price Deposit is Required). We accept PayPal and Zelle deposits!  Open your camera and Scan our link below for PayPal. https://www.paypal.me/beautyluxers  There is a $150 squeeze in fee to be serviced same day and before/ after the policy recommendations.     • If you would like to request a house visit (Wednesday's only) there is a $50 Travel Fee to any location within the 285 perimeter in Atlanta, GA and $3 per mile afterwards.

    • For braided styles, Hair is NOT included with services. Hair is available for purchase with appointments. Colors We have on hand are 1,1b,2,4,27,30,613 and two hand made color mixes. If you provide your own Hair a drop off must be made to beautyluxers 2 days prior to your service appointment or beautyluxers hair will be used at $5.49 a bundle.
    •  Add hair to your appointment here. Please select “local Pick Up” when Checking out if you add hair to your orders. DO NOT PAY SHIPPING FEE. IT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

    Guidelines

    • Please come to your appointment alone. This is a Home Based Shop (contact me for any special needs)
    • For any questions or concerns about booked appointments contact 470-847-2064 via Text message from 8am-8pm for any concerns prior to your appointment.
    • All Luxe appointments are cancelled after 15minutes past appointment time!! Please arrive to location early. If you exceed grace period, you will have to reschedule. If your appointment is still granted an additional $50 Fee is due at start of appointment! Fees are non-refundable or non-transferable unless inconvenience on my end.
    • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to appointment may reschedule without additional fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment forfeit the fee. Please refer to confirmation email to cancel or reschedule appointments.
    • No call no show, your card WILL NOT be charged for full price of service, however, the Paid fee including deposits are again non-refundable or nontransferable per our policy. You must schedule a New Luxe Appointment!
    • I am Constantly building my portfolio and taking pictures so wear bright colors and please arrive picture ready :)
