Consultation

This is a consultation if you are a client who is experiencing alopecia, hair loss, thinning, short hair and would like for me to see your hair. Consultations are via FaceTime or Google Duo ONLY. Please have either platform ready at the time of the consult. Also pictures of your entire head are to be sent as well including front, back and both sides please! (470-847-2064) Make sure they are clear! These photos are for my records ONLY and not to be posted on ANY social media platforms, so no worries! Please answer the intake form in its entirety.
